The posting

Machines die dagelijks gebruikt worden, moeten blijven draaien. Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark en de gereedschappen technisch in orde blijven. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met het opsporen en oplossen van storingen en krijgt daarbij heel wat verschillende technieken onder handen.

Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze functie neem je het onderhoud van machines en gereedschappen mee in handen. Je werkt zowel preventief als wanneer er zich een storing voordoet en houdt de opvolging van de uitgevoerde werken nauwkeurig bij.

Jouw takenpakket zal dus bestaan uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan het machinepark
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren aan gereedschappen zoals lasapparaten, boormachines en slijpschijven
  • Storingen opsporen aan onder meer CNC-machines, plooibanken en branders
  • Technische defecten analyseren en waar mogelijk zelf herstellen
  • Externe herstellingsdiensten inschakelen wanneer een interventie buiten de eigen mogelijkheden valt
  • Het onderhoudsschema en de verplichte keuringen mee plannen en opvolgen
  • Uitgevoerde onderhouds- en herstellingswerken registreren
  • Collega's informeren over uitgevoerde interventies en de actuele status van machines
  • Zelf initiatief nemen wanneer onderhoud of een technische interventie nodig is
  • Veilig en zorgvuldig omgaan met machines, gereedschappen en installaties

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 90 jaar technische oplossingen realiseert voor waterinfrastructuur. De onderneming ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt onder meer waterzuiveringsinstallaties, waterkrachtvijzels en elektromechanische installaties voor bruggen, sluizen en stuwen. Dankzij voortdurende investeringen in mensen, technologie en installaties is er een stabiele werkomgeving met een sterke technische basis. Wie zoeken we?

  • Minstens een technisch georiënteerd A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Technische aanleg en bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring als technieker
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit en hydraulica is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Handig en nauwkeurig ingesteld
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief durven nemen
  • Niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
