Een goed onderhouden machinepark maakt het verschil in een productieomgeving. Voor een technische onderneming zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die problemen tijdig herkent, zorgvuldig werkt en ervoor zorgt dat het productieproces vlot kan blijven verlopen.

Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze functie neem je het technisch onderhoud van de machines voor jouw rekening. Een combinatie van preventief onderhoud, controles en herstellingen zorgt voor een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Storingen onderzoeken en technische defecten lokaliseren
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren aan machines en installaties
  • Werken aan elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische systemen
  • Preventieve onderhoudswerken uitvoeren volgens de nodige planning
  • Technische problemen grondig analyseren en gepaste oplossingen voorzien
  • Onderdelen en installaties controleren op slijtage of afwijkingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en correcte werking van het machinepark

Waar ga je werken? Het bedrijf is een gespecialiseerde toeleverancier binnen de metaalbewerking en maakt onderdelen en constructies volledig volgens de ontwerpen van klanten. Buisbewerking, lasconstructies en andere maatwerkoplossingen vormen de kern van de productie. De familiale omgeving biedt bovendien ruimte om ervaring uit te bouwen en op termijn intern door te groeien. Wat wordt er verwacht van je?

  • Technisch secundair diploma in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen onderhoud
  • Een brede technische basis in mechanica, elektriciteit en hydraulica
  • Problemen logisch kunnen analyseren en gestructureerd aanpakken
  • Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Oog voor veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, met een goede samenwerking met collega's
