Onderhoudsbeheerder Waterschap - Amsterdam / Katwijk / Leiden / Woerden / Amersfoort / Nijmegen - min € 3.350 tot max € 5.342 bruto per maand - 38 uren per week Het waterschap zorgt elke dag voor stevige dijken en duinen, schoon water in de watergangen en voor het zuiveren van afvalwater. De afdeling Zuiveren en Onderhoud verantwoordelijk door het beheer en technisch onderhoud van 20 zuiveringen. Als Onderhoudsbeheerder speel jij hier een belangrijke rol in. Het reinigen van rioolwater is cruciaal, voor mens en milieu. De techniek en installaties die hier zorg voor dragen, moeten daarom in goede staat zijn. Het beheer en onderhoud van al deze installaties is complex. Elke installatie is anders; verschillende onderdelen, meetsystemen, pompen en kleppen met elk een eigen techniek, een eigen levensduur en dus een eigen onderhoudscyclus. Als Junior Onderhoudsbeheerder zorg jij voor het informatiemanagement voor alle locaties. Je zorgt dat alle objecten goed in de database staan en vertaalt onderhoudsstrategie en -beleid naar concrete acties en werkorders. Je draagt zorg voor de assets en weet wat er nodig is om de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid hiervan te garanderen. Jij bent op dit gebied de specialist en tevens het aanspreekpunt van strategie, werkvoorbereiding, storingscoördinatoren, monteurs en van budgethouders. Een complexe rol, met impact én maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid.
