Je plant zo efficiënt mogelijk en zorgt dat aan alle details gedacht is, van aanmelden bij de klant tot telefonische uitleg aan de hoofdmonteur die de dag erna op locatie aanwezig zal zijn. De klanten en monteurs bellen voor verschillende soorten vragen, waarbij jij fantastische service levert. Kunnen onze monteurs de werkzaamheden uitvoeren of moet je toch gaan schakelen met onderaannemers? Of heeft onze monteur genoeg en de goede materialen beschikbaar voor het onderhoud? 2 verschillende soorten vragen! En daar mag jij je helemaal in uitleven als innovatieve onderhoudscoördinator. Je bent dan onder andere bezig met het: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen en daarbij een eventuele oplossing bieden op afstand. - Inplannen en aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden en inspecties. Ze hoeven dankzij jou de 'wie, wat en waar' vraag niet meer te stellen! - Bestellen van materialen, hoogwerkers en andere benodigdheden voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden en inspecties. - Opstellen van facturen voor de klant. Met jouw team een belangrijke mijlpaal behaald? Yes! Dat gaan we uitgebreid vieren. Bijvoorbeeld door teamuitjes en filmavonden. En dan gaan we weer door, op naar een nieuwe uitdaging!
