Samen met de collega's van de verschillende disciplines zorg je voor een goede scope, planning en monitor je de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen In samenwerking met de werkvoorbereiders en allround onderhoudsmonteurs zorg je voor de optimale beschikbaarheid van de assets. Je coördineert de bezetting en inzet van allround onderhoudsmonteurs en je hebt regelmatig overleg om de stand van zaken van jouw assets te weten. Je levert input voor de verbetering van het onderhoudsconcept en werkt voorstellen voor groot onderhoud en verbeteringen aan de installatie uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het werkpakket op onderhoud. Voor de verschillende projectleiders en teamleiders ben je specialist op het gebied van onderhoud en adviseer je regelmatig. In overleg met de procesregisseur stem je onderhoudswerkzaamheden af die impact hebben op het proces. Om je kennis op peil te houden heb je overleg met andere specialisten zowel binnen als buiten het waterschap. Over het team Het cluster Zuiveren & Energiebeheer (ZE) is verantwoordelijk voor het zuiveren van het stedelijk afvalwater en het onderhoud van de technische installaties van het waterschap, zoals zuiveringen, rioolgemalen en persleidingen. In totaal heeft het waterschap 20 zuiveringen en één slibverwerkingsinstallatie in beheer. Het cluster ZE bestaat uit ruim 110 betrokken collega's en is verdeeld in 3 operationele teams. Zij worden in hun uitvoering ondersteund door het team regie & ondersteuning. Je komt te werken in team Dokhaven/Sluisjesdijk.
