Je coördineert van de uitbouw tot de inbouw hiervan. Je bepaalt de onderhoudsbehoefte per wisseldeel en zorgt dat de technische documentatie naar concrete werkplannen wordt omgezet. Jij zorgt voor een goede afstemming met betrokken monteurs en interne betrokkenen. Als onderhoudsspecialist PM20: - Bereid je gepland onderhoud inhoudelijk voor op basis van onderhoudsplannen en technische documentatie ; - Beoordeel je onderhoudsbehoeften, bestel je onderdelen en stem je werkzaamheden af met betrokken disciplines ; - Stel je uitgewerkte werkplannen, taaklijsten en documenten op voor niet-standaard werkzaamheden ; - Organiseer en begeleid je de uitvoering van onderhoud, inclusief werkvergunningen en veilige oplevering van installaties ; - Borg je kwaliteit door terugkoppeling te verzamelen, resultaten te analyseren en verbeterpunten aan te leveren voor onderhoudsplannen .
