Ben jij graag bezig met het onderhouden, optimaliseren en herstellen van elektrische installaties? Zoek je een uitdagende job waar jouw technische vaardigheden een directe impact hebben op het productieproces?

Als Onderhoudselektricien in de metaalindustrie ben je de sleutelpersoon om onze machines en installaties elektrisch draaiende te houden. Je werkt dagelijks aan het opsporen en oplossen van storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en denkt mee aan verbeteringen. Klaar om je stempel te drukken op ons productieproces?

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

Als onderhoudselektricien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het elektrisch onderhoud van de hele plant;

  • je voert correctieve en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit (o.a. het herstellen van kabels, het vervangen van PLC-onderdelen, het in dienst stellen van machines, het lezen en interpreteren van PLC en het verwijderen van fouten, het installeren van schakelaars, etc);
  • je ondersteunt de productie door een uitval van machines te beperken en zo snel mogelijk op te lossen;
  • je zoekt samen met de operatoren, die de machines dagdagelijks besturen, naar de juiste oplossing;
  • je neemt taken van collega's over ingeval van ziekte, vakantie of afwezigheid;
  • je hebt een zeer goed veiligheidsbesef voor jezelf en je collega's tijdens de uitvoering van de dagelijkse taken;
  • je draagt en deelt kennis bij ploegoverdracht, onthaal en/of opleiding van een nieuwe collega.
  • Minimum een technisch A2 of bachelordiploma. Bij voorkeur Elektromechanica en een eerste relevante ervaring of stage binnen een onderhoudsafdeling;
  • Een zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit en PLC-technieken met specifiek kennis van Allen Bradley en PCS7; en kennis van mechanica, meet- en regeltechnieken en frequentiesturingen;
  • Autonomie en verantwoordelijkheidszin. In het volcontinu systeem zal je regelmatig verantwoordelijk zijn voor de hele plant
