Flexpool werft namens deze installateur een ervaren Onderhoudsinspecteur Retail (Elektro-en Installatietechniek) In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat inspecties worden uitgevoerd aan installaties bij een supermarktketen en hun distributiecentra. Het werk betreft elektrotechnisch (60 procent) en werktuigkundig (40 procent). De functie is goed uitvoerbaar voor een monteur op niveau 2 of 3, daarnaast werk je volgens een vaste onderhoudschecklist.

Je bent veel onderweg op diverse locaties in Nederland, tussen Maastricht, Vlissingen, Oosterhout en Almere (Zuid-Midden Nederland).

Jouw werkzaamheden: - Controles op accu's en levensduur - Legionella metingen - Controle van verlichting - Controle van kassa's - Algemene technische inspecties - Kleine gebreken worden direct opgelost, zoals: defecte verlichting, defecte deurbellen, lekkende kranen - Wanneer tijdens inspecties grotere technische problemen worden vastgesteld, wordt hiervan melding gemaakt aan kantoor. De binnendienst brengt vervolgens een offerte uit waarna de herstelwerkzaamheden door andere medewerkers worden uitgevoerd - Tijdens volgende inspectierondes wordt gecontroleerd of de geadviseerde werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk zijn uitgevoerd - Reinigen van pompen, vervangen van pompen, eenvoudige montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden, verhelpen van verstoppingen of vervuiling in pompen van koelinstallaties Het betreft voornamelijk praktische "plug-and-play"-werkzaamheden en geen complexe installatietechnische projecten.

Flexpool werft namens deze installateur een ervaren Onderhoudsinspecteur Retail (Elektroen Installatietechniek). Deze totaalinstallateur bestaat ruim 15 jaar en er werken inmiddels zo'n 25 collega's. Hun focus ligt op het verduurzamen en onderhouden van woningen en bedrijfspanden. Zij zijn actief in het bijscholen van hun mensen en daarmee is elke monteur ook voorzien van de juiste papieren en certificeringen die volgens de gestelde regels worden geeist. Daarbij verzorgen zij ook inspectiewerk en keuringen in de retailsector. Dit bedrijf is nog steeds groeiende en zij kenmerken zich door een open en informele sfeer.
