Wat ga je doen?

Als mechanieker in dagploeg zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark betrouwbaar blijft draaien en technische problemen snel worden opgelost.

Je komt terecht bij een internationale producent van duurzame bouwmaterialen met meerdere productiesites in België. Op de werkvloer heerst een collegiale sfeer en staan veiligheid, kwaliteit, respect en samenwerking centraal.

Binnen de afdeling snelbouw in Rumst werk je mee aan het onderhoud en de verbetering van de productie-installaties. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met herstellingen en technische constructiewerken. Daarbij krijg je veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid.

-Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan het machinepark. -Je spoort mechanische storingen op en zorgt voor een duurzame herstelling. -Je reviseert en herstelt machineonderdelen. -Je onderhoudt productiemachines en controleert hun goede werking. -Je maakt mechanische constructies op basis van technische tekeningen. -Je werkt met pneumatica en hydraulica. -Je last met halfautomaat en elektrode. -Je voert conventioneel draai- en freeswerk uit. -Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen aan machines en installaties. -Je werkt nauw samen met teamleaders en operatoren. - Je houdt bij elke interventie rekening met de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Je hebt een technisch diploma en relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.

Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica.

Je kan lassen met halfautomaat en elektrode.

Je hebt ervaring met conventioneel draaien en frezen.

Kennis van elektriciteit is een pluspunt.

Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en gebruiken bij constructie- en herstellingswerken.

Je bent bereid om in dagploeg te werken van 7 tot 15 uur.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt ook vlot af met collega’s.

Je voelt je comfortabel in een robuuste productieomgeving waar met klei en zware installaties wordt gewerkt.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt veiligheid altijd voor ogen.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en ziet mogelijkheden om machines en werkwijzen verder te verbeteren.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je behaalde een technisch diploma in mechanica, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting

- Vakkennis: industriële mechanica, pneumatica, hydraulica, lassen met halfautomaat en elektrode, conventioneel draaien en frezen en technische tekeningen lezen

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
