Lagers, slijtage, passing, wrijving: jij hoeft geen machine meer uitgelegd te krijgen om te weten waar mechanische problemen vandaan komen.

Hier gebruik je die ervaring niet om de hele fabriek rond te hollen, maar om zware mechanische onderdelen grondig te herstellen en reviseren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je demonteert, controleert en reviseert onderdelen van walsinstallaties.
  • Je beoordeelt slijtage aan lagerblokken en mechanische componenten.
  • Je polijst en herstelt beschadigde oppervlakken.
  • Je vervangt of past onderdelen aan waar nodig.
  • Je bouwt alles opnieuw betrouwbaar op volgens de werkorder.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk en registreert de uitgevoerde interventie.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexere mechanische opdrachten.

Waar ga je werken? De klant biedt technische ondersteuning en doet ook aan project maatwerk.

Onze klant is een technisch georiënteerd bedrijf, met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de productie, het onderhoud en de herstelling van industriële machines en staalconstructies. Verfijnd maatwerk is al sinds dag één onze standaard.

  • Je hebt ervaring met mechanische revisie, herstellingen of industrieel onderhoud.
  • Je begrijpt lagers, passingen, slijtage en mechanische onderdelen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een werkorder uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt je werk correct bij.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands én kunt je behelpen in het Engels.
