Wil jij als onderhoudstechnieker mechanica werken aan uiteenlopende industriële installaties en elke dag technische uitdagingen aangaan bij klanten in jouw regio?

Voor een gespecialiseerde technische dienstverlener zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker mechanica. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die bedrijven ondersteunt met technisch onderhoud en interventies in uiteenlopende sectoren.

Geen twee werkdagen zijn hetzelfde: je werkt aan verschillende installaties, leert voortdurend nieuwe technieken kennen en bouwt mee aan een betrouwbare productieomgeving bij klanten in Vlaanderen. Dankzij een sterke begeleiding en een uitgebreid opleidingsaanbod krijg je alle kansen om jezelf technisch én persoonlijk verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als onderhoudsmechanieker sta je in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van mechanische installaties zodat machines betrouwbaar blijven draaien
  • Daarnaast analyseer je mechanische storingen en zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte oplossing om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Bovendien vervang en herstel je mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, riemen, assen, koppelingen en pompen en voer je montage- en demontagewerken uit
  • Verder denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties die de prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van de installaties verhogen
  • Tot slot werk je bij klanten in jouw regio en voer je alle werkzaamheden uit met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte rapportering
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma in mechanica, elektromechanica of werktuigkunde, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 2 jaar ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud binnen een industriële omgeving en voel je je thuis in montage- en demontagewerken
  • Bovendien kan je mechanische plannen lezen en interpreteren. Kennis van tandwielkasten, pompen, transportbanden en ervaring met lassen, draaien of frezen vormen een mooie meerwaarde
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands goed omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften, werk je probleemoplossend en beschik je over een rijbewijs B om je naar de verschillende projecten te verplaatsen
