Hoe ziet een dag van een onderhoudsmechanieker eruit?

Als onderhoudsmechanieker sta je in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van de machines en installatie. Hierbij ligt jouw focus op het mechanisch gedeelte van de werktuigen en installaties. Bij preventief onderhoud vol je het onderhoudsplan om defecten te voorkomen, bij curatief onderhoud los je defecten zo snel mogelijk op.

Je hebt een brede mechanische kennis aangevuld met pneumatische en hydraulische knowhow.

In team of zelfstandig kan je onderdelen nazien en vervangen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een brede materiaalkennis. Daarnaast heb je enige ervaring met lassen.

Een pluspunt: basis elektrisch kennis.

PROFIEL

Wat moet ik minstens kennen/kunnen om te starten als onderhoudsmechanieker:

Elektrisch:

  • Motor elektrisch afkoppelen

Mechanisch:

  • Ik kan werktekeningen lezen en begrijpen
  • Ik kan smeren, heb ervaring met preventief onderhoud
  • Ik kan lagers (de)monteren
  • Ik heb ervaring met overbrengingsmechanismen (zoals kettingen, riemen en tandwielen)
  • Ik kan een motor loskoppelen en vervangen
  • Ik kan transportbanden afregelen en vervangen
  • Ik kan hydraulische slangen en koppelingen vervangen en aansluiten
  • Ik kan pneumatische leidingen en componenten vervangen en aansluiten
