Voor onze klant te Ruisbroek zoeken we een technieker.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Als technieker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van geplande preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de installaties.
  • Je voert alle voorkomende werktuigkundige werkzaamheden uit in het technisch vakgebied en werkt zelfstandig.
  • De preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden voer je uit volgens de werkplanning en je maakt hiervan een rapportage, geeft advies met betrekking tot in te plannen vervolgwerkzaamheden en waar nodig werk je de technische documentatie bij. Deze rapportage helpt bij het analyseren van storingen.
  • Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en voorraad van de smeermiddelen en organisatie en orde en netheid van het smeeratelier.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het verminderen van de pannes aan de machines en werkt hier samen met operatoren. Je gebruikt hiervoor instrumenten van ons continue verbeter programma.
  • Tenslotte werk je als technieker nauw samen met je collega's van de technische dienst en zorg je voor een positieve sfeer. Samen verdeel je de werkzaamheden en zorg je na uitvoering voor een zorgvuldige overdracht naar collega's en/of naar productie

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een A3/A2 elektromechanica diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een passie en interesse voor techniek. Heb je reeds ervaring in een productieomgeving? Top!
  • Heb je interesse en kom je net van de schoolbanken, ook meer dan welkom!
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, autonoom en houdt van eigenaarschap op de werkvloer.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende maturiteit om verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen.
  • Nauwgezet werken en plichtsbewustheid zijn eigenschappen waar je belang aan hecht. Je bent iemand die accuraat werkt zodat bijvoorbeeld problemen en afwijkingen snel kunnen worden vast gesteld.
  • Veiligheid is prioriteit. Je draagt hier dan zelf ook pro actief aan bij door onder andere gebruik te maken van de tools die worden aangereikt.
  • Je draagt graag je steentje je bij aan een leuke sfeer in het team en hecht belang aan collegialiteit.
