In deze functie ga je aan de slag met modern en goed onderhouden materieel binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf waar de lijnen kort zijn en collega’s voor elkaar klaarstaan. Je verdient een salaris tussen €3.100 en €3.800 bruto per maand en krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen door het te doen in de praktijk. Je werkt vanuit een nieuw en duurzaam pand en bouwt mee aan een organisatie die vooruit wil. Hier draait het om vakmanschap, samenwerken en trots zijn op wat je aflevert. Heb je nog niet alles in huis, maar sleutel je graag aan voertuigen en wil je het vak verder leren? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren. Jij bent een leergierige techneut die graag sleutelt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je werkt nauwkeurig , denkt in oplossingen en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Dagelijks ben je bezig met: - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en kleine reparaties aan verhuurmaterieel zoals hoogwerkers, steigers en liften - Ondersteunen bij inspecties en keuringen, zodat alles veilig en volgens planning inzetbaar is - Zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige en overzichtelijke werkplaats, wasplaats en magazijn - Zorgvuldig omgaan met gereedschap, onderdelen en materiaal - Registreren van werkzaamheden via checklists en signaleren van bijzonderheden - Terugkoppelen van bevindingen aan de servicecoördinator Je komt te werken bij een nuchter en groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Montfoort, gespecialiseerd in de verhuur van professioneel materieel voor de bouw en industrie. Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele en praktische werksfeer: collega’s kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar en zeggen waar het op staat. De lijnen zijn kort en beslissingen worden snel genomen, waardoor je echt het gevoel hebt dat je samen de klus klaart. De werkplaats en het magazijn vormen het hart van de operatie. Hier zorgt het team er dagelijks voo.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en affiniteit heeft met techniek. Herken jij jezelf hierin? - Je hebt interesse in techniek en sleutelt graag (bijvoorbeeld aan voertuigen of machines) - Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het vak - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit - Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig aan de slag - Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en denkt graag mee - Ervaring in een technische functie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must Heb je nog niet alles in huis, maar sleutel je graag aan voertuigen en wil je leren?
