Dan is deze functie als Onderhoudsmedewerker bij een van onze opdrachtgevers in Kampen iets voor jou. In de functie als Onderhoudsmedewerker verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan machines, productielijnen en technische installaties binnen de organisatie. Hij of zij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel en veilig blijft draaien door tijdig onderhoud uit te voeren, kleine storingen te signaleren en op te lossen en ondersteuning te bieden bij technische werkzaamheden. Daarnaast wordt er actief meegedacht over praktische verbeteringen om processen efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken. Uitgebreide technische ervaring is hierbij geen vereiste. Ook met een praktische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in productie of vanuit hobbymatig sleutelen of klussen, kan iemand al goed passen binnen deze functie. Motivatie, inzet en leergierigheid wegen zwaarder dan diploma's. Dit krijg je - Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.800 en €3.300 (op fulltime basis); - Je ontvangt een passend aantal vakantiedagen; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag via Werkis; - Je hebt uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - De werktijden zijn van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur , met in totaal 1 uur pauze.
