The posting

Voor een groeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een allround onderhoudsmedewerker die instaat voor het onderhoud van de gebouwen, terreinen en omgeving van verschillende bedrijfssites.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd en praktisch takenpakket. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gebouwen en buitenomgeving goed onderhouden, netjes en veilig blijven. Daarnaast voer je kleine herstellingen uit en help je mee met het onderhoud en de herstelling van machines en materialen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Algemeen onderhoud van gebouwen en terreinen
  • Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen en kluswerken
  • Onderhoud van de groenvoorzieningen rond de gebouwen
  • Gras maaien, snoeien en de omgeving netjes houden
  • Onderhoud en kleine herstellingen aan machines en installaties
  • Storingen of defecten opsporen en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren
  • Onderhoud van materialen en gereedschappen
  • Verplaatsingen naar verschillende bedrijfssites voor onderhoudswerken
  • Wanneer het onderhoudswerk rustig is, help je mee met andere praktische taken, zoals het wassen van voertuigen

Af en toe kan het nodig zijn om na de normale werkuren een machine te onderhouden of een herstelling uit te voeren. Flexibiliteit hierin is daarom belangrijk.

  • Je bent handig en technisch aangelegd
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent niet bang om je handen vuil te maken
  • Je hebt oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer een dringende herstelling of onderhoud nodig is
  • Ervaring met gebouwonderhoud, machines, groenonderhoud of technische herstellingen is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om verschillende taken op te nemen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende sites
  • Je bent bereid om uitzonderlijk na de werkuren te werken wanneer dit nodig is
