In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende klussen binnen bestaande panden, woningen, bedrijfspanden of vastgoedprojecten. Denk aan klein bouwkundig herstelwerk, onderhoud, reparaties, mutatiewerkzaamheden en het oplossen van praktische problemen op locatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag herstel je een deur, plaats je hang- en sluitwerk of voer je klein timmerwerk uit. De andere dag pak je een lekkageplek, tegelherstel, aftimmerwerk of algemene onderhoudsklus op. Jij vindt het juist prettig dat je werk afwisselend is en dat je jouw vakmanschap op meerdere manieren kunt inzetten. Als service- en onderhoudsmedewerker ben je vaak het visitekaartje op locatie. Je komt bij bewoners, huurders, bedrijven of opdrachtgevers over de vloer. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je niet alleen handig bent, maar ook netjes communiceert en betrouwbaar overkomt.
