De activiteiten omvatten zowel technisch als praktisch onderhoud, waaronder HVAC-installaties, bekabeling, meubilair, vloeren en wanden. Daarbij ligt de focus op een verzorgde en nauwkeurige aanpak met aandacht voor detail.

  • Als onderhoudsmedewerker gebouwen voer je dagelijks onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan installaties en onderdelen in de winkel
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan technische installaties, met een sterke focus op elektriciteit, verlichting en HVAC
  • Je behandelt meldingen die via het callcenter binnenkomen en lost defecten en storingen op, van een kapotte lamp tot een complex probleem in de elektrische installatie
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud van het meubilair, de vloeren en de wanden in de winkel
  • Je spoort technische problemen op locatie op en werkt zelfstandig aan een oplossing voor uiteenlopende defecten

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een zeer goede, diepgaande kennis van elektriciteit en begrijpt elektrische installaties, schema’s en storingen grondig
  • Je hebt al ervaring in een technische functie en voelt je duidelijk thuis in een technische werkomgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring in de buitendienst of bent gemotiveerd om in de buitendienst te werken. Veel rijden in druk verkeer en parkeren in de stad vormen voor jou geen probleem
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt het doorzettingsvermogen om technische problemen doelgericht aan te pakken
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
