VitaS: waar een warme thuis en zorg op maat voor onze bewoners en andere zorgvragers centraal staan.

Wij zijn een overkoepelende organisatie voor ouderenzorg van de gemeenten Peer, Hechtel-Eksel, Oudsbergen, Beringen en Leopoldsburg. De bewoners en medewerkers van WZC Den Boogerd verwelkomen heel graag een dynamische onderhoudsmedewerker/medewerker wasserij.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Ook jij zorgt mee voor een goede thuis voor de bewoners door de toegewezen kamers van bewoners, gangen en lokalen in het woon- en zorgcentrum schoon te maken;
  • Mede dankzij jou stralen de bewoners gezien je de was sorteert en wast alsook het linnen, dekens, gordijnen e.d.
  • Het mag soms ook iets meer zijn? Leuk! Je mag af en toe ook bijspringen bij andere dringende taken of activiteiten in het woon- en zorgcentrum (vb. seniorenweek, lentefeest,...)
  • Je observeert en signaleert veranderingen bij bewoners aan jouw zorgcollega's;
  • Ook draag je bij aan de principes van duurzaamheid m.b.t. het gebruik van schoonmaakproducten, het gebruik van water en energiebronnen, het recycleren van afvalstoffen e.d.
  • Een vraag of een specifieke situatie waar je niet meteen het antwoord op weet? Geen enkel probleem, je kan rekenen op de hulp en expertise van heel wat collega's rondom jou;
  • Je werkt standaard tussen 8 uur en 17 uur en 1 zaterdagvoormiddag om de twee maand;

Wie ben jij?

  • Een getuigschrift professionele schoonmaaktechnieken van VDAB is een meerwaarde maar geen voorwaarde;
  • Je kan tegelijkertijd zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;
  • Je onderhoudstaken kan je ordelijk en stipt organiseren en afwerken;
  • Je hebt respect voor de menselijke persoon.
