  • Schoonmaken van de kantoorgebouwen:bureaus, vergaderruimtes, keuken,sanitair
  • Onderhouden van de refters en laboruimte.
  • Schoonmaken van een privéwoning op korte afstand van het bedrijf.
  • Stofzuigen en dweilen van vloeren.
  • Afstoffen en reinigen van meubilair.
  • Schoonmaken van toiletten en keukens.
  • Vuilnisbakken legen.
  • Zorgen voor algemene orde en netheid.
  • Zelf inschatten waar de prioriteiten liggen en je werk hierop afstemmen.
  • Rekening houden met de verschillende ruimtes: een privékeuken vraagt bijvoorbeeld een andere en meer gedetailleerde aanpak dan een stoffige laboruimte.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in de schoonmaak.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt weinig sturing nodig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar, zeker omdat je ook in een privéwoning werkt.
