In Vierpolders werken technici samen met operators, proces- en onderhoudsteams om prestaties te verbeteren en uitval te verminderen. De werkzaamheden vragen praktische inzetbaarheid op de werkvloer, aandacht voor documentatie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het tijdig aanvragen van onderdelen. Het team levert heldere rapportages over de technische staat van installaties en werkt actief aan verbeterprojecten die de efficiency en betrouwbaarheid verhogen. Er is ruimte voor opleidingen en doorgroei binnen technische rollen, waarbij medewerkers worden gestimuleerd vakkennis te vergroten en door te groeien naar senior functies.
