Bij Agrifirm in Wanssum zoeken we een Onderhoudsmonteur die niet alleen storingen oplost, maar ook meedenkt hoe we ze in de toekomst voorkomen. Ervaring of diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker niet verplicht. Als jij handig bent, technisch inzicht hebt en graag leert, dan leren wij jou de rest! De uitdaging De locatie in Wanssum maakt hoogwaardig pluimvee- en varkensvoer. Daar speel jij als onderhoudsmonteur een belangrijke rol in om het productieproces vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Onderhoud plegen: gepland én preventief, zodat de fabriek probleemloos draait. - Storingen oplossen: van groot tot klein, jij krijgt het weer aan de praat. - Samenwerken met leveranciers: zorgen dat alles veilig en goed gebeurt. - Verbeteren: meedenken over slimme oplossingen en verbeteringen. Je werk is zo'n 70% mechanisch/werktuigbouw en 30% elektrisch. Je start de dag samen met de operators, zodat je meteen weet waar de prioriteiten liggen. Wat staat er op je CV? - Handigheid en affiniteit met techniek. Of je nu sleutelt aan brommers, auto's of machines: jij hebt er plezier in, enige ervaring in een fabrieksomgeving heeft één pré. - Ervaring met elektrotechniek of besturingstechniek is mooi meegenomen, maar niet verplicht. - Je bent leergierig en wilt nieuwe dingen leren. Bij ons draait het niet om het juiste diploma, maar om jouw motivatie en de wil om te leren. Wat je nog niet weet, leren we je graag!
