Voor onze vaste opdrachtgever zijn wij opzoek naar een Onderhoudsmonteur aluminium- en staalproductie machines in 's-Gravenzande, Zuid Holland, Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3200-3800. Onze opdrachtgever is ruim 50 jaar lang een betrouwbare, moderne en solide glastuinbouwpartner! Wat ga je doen?

Als onderhoudsmonteur ben je samen met collega onderhoudsmonteurs verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de ontwikkeling en de bouw van meer dan 150 verschillende aluminium- en staalproductie gerelateerde machines en installaties. - zelfstandig en adequaat proces- en machinestoringen oplost, reparaties en preventief onderhoud uitvoert en meedenkt in de ontwikkeling en bouw van nieuwe machines. - Het uitvoeren van preventief, correctief en structureel onderhoud aan productielijnen, machines, apparatuur en faciliteiten; - Het herkennen, analyseren van problemen en hier de juiste oplossing voor bedenken en realiseren; - Het installeren, vervangen en/of repareren van machines, onderdelen of (rollend) materieel; - Oplossen van technische storingen om een soepele productievoortgang te waarborgen; - Het correct en tijdig rapporteren in het onderhoudsmanagement systeem; - Actief bijdragen aan het handhaven van veiligheidsnormen op de werkvloer. - Het plannen van eigen werkzaamheden o.b.v. prioriteit, (in samenspraak met Teamleider TD) - Het verzorgen van de administratieve follow up van uitgevoerde taken/ projecten

Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - Voor onze technische dienst zoeken wij een flexibele en zelfstandige techneut! - Een onderhoudsmonteur die het initiatief durft te nemen en ook echt begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is dat de machines in de fabriek blijven draaien, ongeacht het tijdstip! - Mbo-opleiding werktuigbouw, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Kennis van elektrotechniek/ hyd
