Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Landgraaf werk je als onderhoudsmonteur besturingstechniek aan de betrouwbaarheid van machines en installaties. Je richt je op elektrische storingen, besturingscomponenten en preventief onderhoud. Daarbij combineer je praktisch sleutelwerk met systematische diagnose: van een foutmelding op het bedieningspaneel tot het controleren van sensoren, aandrijvingen en signalen in de PLC. Je doel is om productieapparatuur veilig en voorspelbaar te laten functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je werkzaamheden af met operators en collega’s van de technische dienst. Je onderzoekt terugkerende storingen, leest elektrische schema’s en legt bevindingen vast zodat een volgende diagnose sneller verloopt. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen in onderhoud en machinebesturing. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis op het snijvlak van elektrotechniek, PLC-diagnose en industriële aandrijftechniek, met direct zicht op het resultaat van je werk. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen aan productie-installaties opsporen en verhelpen - PLC-signalen, HMI-meldingen en machinegedrag analyseren voor storingsdiagnose - Sensoren, actuatoren, bekabeling en aandrijvingen controleren en onderhouden - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren op basis van onderhoudsplannen - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en technische verbeteringen voorstellen - Werkzaamheden veilig uitvoeren en bevindingen vastleggen in onderhoudsrapportages Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsdiagnose aan industriële machines - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en het interpreteren van in- en uitgangssignalen - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en meetapparatuur verantwoord gebruiken - Basiskennis van sensoren, frequentieregelaars en elektrische aandrijvingen - Veilig en systematisch werken en helder communiceren met operators en monteurs Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200.
