Ben jij elektrotechnisch sterk en krijg je energie van het analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan machines en installaties? Als Onderhoudsmonteur Elektrotechniek bij Xella zorg je ervoor dat productie-installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en beschikbaar blijven. Je voert onderhoud uit, analyseert elektrotechnische storingen en werkt mee aan modificaties, revisies en technische verbeteringen. Je werkt in dagdienst, verdient 3.200 tot 4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring, en ontvangt daarnaast 3procent eindejaarsuitkering.

Als Onderhoudsmonteur Elektrotechniek maak je onderdeel uit van de Technische Dienst van Xella. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het elektrotechnisch onderhoud aan machines en installaties binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je voert gepland onderhoud uit, maar komt ook direct in actie wanneer zich een storing voordoet.

Bij een storing analyseer je zelfstandig de oorzaak en bepaal je hoe urgent het probleem is. Waar mogelijk herstel je de storing direct. Bij grotere werkzaamheden stem je af met productie, de Voorman E en de Chef Technische Dienst en wordt de reparatie op een passend moment ingepland.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

uitvoeren van preventief en correctief elektrotechnisch onderhoud; analyseren en verhelpen van elektrotechnische storingen; uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties aan machines en installaties; signaleren van slijtage, afwijkingen en dreigende defecten; beoordelen of een reparatie direct noodzakelijk is of gepland kan worden; uitvoeren van noodreparaties in overleg met productie en leidinggevenden; uitvoeren van grotere herstelwerkzaamheden tijdens geplande onderhoudsmomenten; lezen en gebruiken van elektrotechnische tekeningen; instellen van bekende parameters via bestaande besturings- en visualisatiesystemen; werken met PLC-gestuurde installaties, zonder wijzigingen aan de software zelf uit te voeren; meewerken aan modificaties en revisies; ondersteunen bij beperkte nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden; in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe of aangepaste installaties; signaleren en aandragen van technische verbeteringen; vastleggen van wijzigingen in technische documentatie; registreren van bestede tijd en materiaalgebruik; werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt regelmatig af met collega-monteurs, productie, de Voorman E en de Chef Technische Dienst.
