Onderhoudsmonteur Kozijnen | tot €3500 Zwolle Je komt te werken bij een grote speler binnen de kozijnenbranche die staat voor kwaliteit & service met een glimlach. Monteurs werken in de regio van hun woonplaats en bezoeken zowel particulieren als bedrijven voor preventief onderhoud aan kozijnen. Het bedrijf hecht waarde aan een goede werk-privébalans en biedt veel mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? - Plaatsen en monteren van kozijnen (hout, kunststof, aluminium) in woningen en gebouwen; - Inmeten en afstellen zodat ramen, deuren en schuifpuien goed sluiten; - Verwijderen van oude kozijnen en zorgen voor nette afwerking; - Onderhoud en reparatie, bijvoorbeeld hang- en sluitwerk vervangen of beschadigingen herstellen; - Veilig werken volgens bouw- en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Klantcontact, bewoners netjes te woord staan en zorgen dat het werk naar tevredenheid wordt opgeleverd. Functie-eisen - Ervaring als servicemonteur is een pre; - Fysiek fit; veel traplopen en licht tilwerk hoort erbij; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift i.v.m. klantcontact; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs & auto; - Representatief en klantgericht, omdat je veel contact hebt met klanten; - Enige technische affiniteit of interesse is wenselijk. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een fulltime functie voor de lange termijn; - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3000,- en € 3500,- o.b.v. fulltime en ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen; - 8% vakantietoeslag; - Mogelijkheid tot het gebruik van een werkbus (in overleg); - Een dagvergoeding van € 3,40 netto per gewerkte dag; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en opleidingen binnen het bedrijf; van onderhouds- naar (ervaren) servicemonteur, tot uitvoerder; - Een prettige werkomgeving met korte lijnen en een nuchtere werksfeer, aangevuld met voldoende activiteiten; - Reiskosten conform CAO.
