Als Maintenance Engineer / Onderhoudsmonteur zul je werkzaam zijn op de afdeling Maintenance en Repair en hier is geen dag hetzelfde. Dit doe je in teamverband, onder andere samen met je collega technici, operators van de machine en de IT-afdeling. Naast mechanische zaken oplossen zijn er ook steeds meer software gerelateerde uitdagingen. De processen worden nog kritischer bekeken door de hogere kwaliteitseisen. Ook is onze opdrachtgever continue opzoek naar verbeterprojecten om kwaliteit te waarborgen. Onze opdrachtgever kan het niet tolereren dat machines, die voorzien zijn van de nieuwste technologie, langere tijd stil staan en dus werk je continu onder spanning. Door middel van opleidingen zal je kennis op het gewenste niveau blijven zodat je het werk goed kan uitvoeren. Met deze kennis, die je je ook eigen kan maken, kun je de uitdagingen die ontstaan op de machines oplossen. Dit alles in een veilige werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zullen zijn: - Het machinepark in optimale staat houden en zo ervoor zorgen dat de leveringsvoorwaarden van onze externe klant niet in gevaar komen. Dit heeft de hoogste prioriteit. - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de machines - In de ochtend na de informele briefing de zaken oppakken en de openstaande problemen oplossen - Storingen oplossen in productiemiddelen, onderhoud plegen en zoeken naar mogelijke verbeteringen. - Tijdsbesteding en handelingen in een geautomatiseerd systeem verantwoorden, daarnaast ook telefonische contacten onderhouden met de afdeling. - Pr...
