Je schakelt dagelijks met directe collega's en installatiebeheerders, terwijl je technische systemen veilig, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig houdt. In deze rol combineer je hands-on onderhoud, probleemoplossing en verduurzaming van machines. Jij krijgt de ruimte om jouw technische ideeën daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een grote industriële staalproducent met een uitgebreid en geavanceerd machinepark. De onderhoudsorganisatie richt zich volledig op planmatig onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen op het gehele terrein. Veiligheid, direct communiceren en praktisch samenwerken staan centraal. Binnen de verschillende fabrieken zijn de onderhoudsteams zowel interne dienstverlener als technische gesprekspartner. - Focust zich op hoogwaardig staal voor diverse industrieën - Onderhoudsafdeling met meerdere specialistische teams voor reparatie, montage en onderhoud - Cultuur waarin vakmanschap, oplossingsgericht werken en veiligheid belangrijk zijn - Werkomgeving met veel technische diversiteit, van grondstoffenlogistiek tot staalfabriek Functiebeschrijving In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties in een continu productieproces. Je werkt tussen de storingsdienst en het planmatige onderhoud in en zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven draaien.
