Voor een internationale producent in Veendam zoeken wij een Onderhouds- en Storingsmonteur WTB. Je werkt in een technische productieomgeving waar continuïteit, veiligheid en verbetering centraal staan. Samen met maintenance, productie en engineering zorg jij dat installaties blijven draaien. ✔ Veel technische afwisseling✔ Focus op mechanica en procesinstallaties✔ Directe impact op productiecontinuïteit✔ Samenwerking met engineering en productie✔ Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen maintenance Functieomschrijving Als Onderhouds- en Storingsmonteur WTB ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van storings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan productie-installaties. Je werkt zowel reactief bij storingen als preventief aan onderhoud en optimalisatie. Concreet: • Oplossen van werktuigbouwkundige storingen in de productie • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud • Werken aan hydraulische en pneumatische systemen • Onderhoud aan pompen, lagers en aandrijvingen • Uitvoeren van modificaties aan machines en installaties • Signaleren van structurele problemen en verbeterkansen • Meewerken aan revisies, uitbreidingen en nieuwbouwprojecten • Instrueren van operators bij nieuwe of aangepaste installaties • Begeleiden van stagiairs en tijdelijke krachten Je werkt met installaties zoals: • Productielijnen en procesinstallaties • Pomp- en transportsystemen • Hydraulische en pneumatische installaties • Mechanische aandrijftechniek Je schakelt regelmatig met engineering en productie om verbeteringen door te voeren.
