Dit kun je alleen doen als je bereid bent om je collega's te helpen waar nodig en open te staan voor feedback. Op die manier kun je jezelf blijven ontwikkelen en je vak naar een hoger niveau tillen. Om deze taken goed uit te kunnen voeren, vragen wij dat je in het bezit bent van een afgerond schildersdiploma of aantoonbare werkervaring als (onderhoud)schilder. Het kan namelijk voorkomen dat je af en toe op hoogte moet werken. Als je ook nog eens een VCA-diploma hebt, is dat mooi meegenomen. Het hebben van een rijbewijs is overigens een pre.
