Van het bijwerken van kozijnen tot het volledig opfrissen van gevels, jij weet elk project tot in de puntjes af te werken. Functie Als Onderhoudsschilder werk je aan uiteenlopende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je voert schilderwerk uit aan binnen- en buitenkant van panden, zorgt voor de juiste voorbehandeling en levert vakwerk af waar klanten blij van worden. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Voorbereiden van ondergronden door schuren, plamuren en gronden; - Schilderen van kozijnen, deuren, wanden en gevels; - Herstellen van houtrot en uitvoeren van kleine timmerreparaties; - Werken met diverse verfsoorten en applicatiemethoden; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het schilderwerk; - Veilig en netjes werken volgens de richtlijnen. Functie-eisen Wat verwachten wij van jou als Onderhoudsschilder? - Aantoonbare werkervaring als schilder of een relevante opleiding afgerond; - Oog voor detail en een nette, zorgvuldige werkhouding; - In het bezit van rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer; - Klantvriendelijk en representatief.
