Jobid=640009530419449583 (0.0243) Als onderhoudsschilder ga je aan de slag bij een professioneel bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in vastgoedonderhoud. Je bent belangrijk voor het uitvoeren en afronden van diverse schilderklussen. Dit ga je doen: - Het uitvoeren van nieuwbouw-, reparatie- en onderhoudswerk; - Schilderwerk verrichten aan deuren, meubels en hekken; - Voorbereidingen treffen zoals plamuren en ontvetten; - Klaarzetten en vervoeren van materialen, onder andere steigers en ladders; - Overleg voeren met bijvoorbeeld aannemers, klanten en projectleiders; - Voorraadbeheer en het bestellen van benodigde materialen; - Begeleiden van nieuwe collega's of leerlingen. Het schildersbedrijf in Bergen op Zoom heeft zich gespecialiseerd in vastgoedonderhoud in de breedste zin van het woord. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst. Wie zoeken wij: - Je hebt een afgeronde schildersvakopleiding; - Je hebt minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring als schilder; - Je kunt zelfstandig én met anderen werken; - Je werkt gemotiveerd en bent enthousiast aan het werk; - Je hebt een VCA-certificaat of bent bereid dit via het bedrijf te behalen; - Je hebt een rijbewijs B (pré). Wat bieden wij jou: - Salaris tussen de € 3.100 en € 4.100 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Vakantiegeld van 8% via Artiflex en opbouwen van vakantiedagen; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Werken met fijne collega's en volop mogelijkheid om je vak verder te ontwikkelen; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
