Onderhoudsschilder Rotterdam Rotterdam Wat ga je doen als Onderhoudsschilder in Rotterdam? Als onderhoudsschilder in Rotterdam werk je in het planmatig onderhoud bij ziekenhuizen, woningcorporaties of verenigingen van eigenaren. De projecten worden meestal in teamverband uitgevoerd. Wij zoeken een schilder met kennis van het voorbehandelen van ondergronden en het opbouwen van verfsystemen. Daarnaast vind je het niet vervelend om houtrotreparaties uit te voeren. Jij bent het gezicht van onze opdrachtgever en daarom is het erg belangrijk dat je bewoners netjes te woord staat. Functie-eisen Wat vragen we van een Onderhoudsschilder in Rotterdam? - Je hebt kennis en ervaring met het voorbehandelen van ondergronden en het opbouwen van verfsystemen. - Je hebt aantoonbare relevante werkervaring als schilder. - Je hebt ervaring in het uitvoeren van reparaties van houtwerk. - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat of je bent bereid deze kosteloos via ons te halen. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een familie schildersbedrijf. Liefde voor het schildersvak staat bij dit schildersbedrijf centraal, zo is het belangrijk dat jij met veel plezier naar je werk gaat en geniet van het resultaat. De werkzaamheden zijn divers zo werk je mee aan het onderhoud van ziekenhuizen, appartementencomplexen in Rotterdam en omgeving. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat hebben wij jou te bieden? - Je krijgt een uitstekend salaris tussen de € 3.400,- en € 3.800,- per maand. - Je bouw pensioen op bij StiPP of BPF schilders. - Persoonlijk contact met een vast contactpersoon van Meestersgilde.
