West-Brabant & Zeeland Lindhout is al meer dan 125 jaar een bekend gezicht in Zeeland en West-Brabant. In de afgelopen jaren zijn we gegroeid van een traditioneel schildersbedrijf naar een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in totaal vastgoedonderhoud. Voor verschillende woningcorporaties verzorgen wij het schilderwerk aan hun woningen. Ons team heeft versterking nodig en daarom zoeken we een enthousiaste, zelfstandige en klantvriendelijke onderhoudsschilder. Wat ga je doen? Als onderhoudsschilder bij Lindhout zorg jij dat de woningen van onze klanten er weer stralend uitzien. - Je voert binnen- en buitenschilderwerk uit in en om de woningen van diverse woningcorporaties. - Je werkt zowel in leegstaande woningen als in woningen waar de bewoners thuis zijn. - Je voert alle voorbereidingen uit, zoals schuren, plamuren en gronden, en zorgt daarna voor een strak resultaat met het aflakken. - Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgt ervoor dat de klus op tijd en netjes af is. - Je bent het gezicht van ons bedrijf; je bent beleefd naar bewoners, werkt netjes en gaat respectvol om met hun eigendommen.
