In de regio Leuven-Aarschot zoekt Newpoint Professionals een gedreven E&I Technician. Het betreft een vooraanstaande speler in de hoogtechnologische maakindustrie met een geavanceerde, ultramoderne Factory of the Future. Innovatie, operationele uitmuntendheid en continue verbetering staan hier centraal. Als je wil werken in een omgeving die vooroploopt in procestechnologie en automatisering, is dit de uitdaging voor jou. Je versterkt een dynamisch technisch onderhoudsteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor het installeren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van een hooggeautomatiseerd machinepark en instrumentatiesystemen.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Preventief & Correctief Onderhoud: Preventief onderhoud van productiemachines; snelle en efficiënte analyse/oplossing van storingen.
  • Optimalisatie & Continuous Improvement: Analyse van stilstanden en aanbrengen van verbetervoorstellen tegen structurele verliezen om efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • PLC & Automatisering: Uitlezen, analyseren en finetunen van PLC-storingen, geautomatiseerde sturingen en instrumentatie.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Functie-eisen (Vroege/Late shift):

  • Opleiding / Ervaring: Diploma (secundair of gespecialiseerd) Elektrotechnieken, Elektromechanica, Automatiseringstechnieken of gelijkwaardig via ervaring.
  • Technische Kennis: Grondige E&I-kennis en ruime ervaring met PLC-systemen (Siemens S7/TIA Portal/Rockwell/etc.).
  • Werkregime: Werken in 2-ploegen (vroege en late shift).
  • Soft Skills: Teamplayer, resultaatgericht, probleemoplossend en veiligheidsbewust.
