Voor onze vestigingen te regio Vilvoorde en Neder-Over-Heembeek zoeken we een Onderhoudstechnieker die met passie industriële installaties onderhoudt en optimaliseert. Word een sleutelfiguur in het waarborgen van de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze systemen!

Profiel

Je bent een zelfstandige technieker met een hart voor industriële techniek. Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat installaties blijven draaien, en dat op een veilige en efficiënte manier. Je voert zowel preventieve als curatieve onderhoudswerken uit, stelt diagnoses bij storingen en zoekt actief naar verbeteringen.

Je bent bereid te werken in een klassiek 3-ploegensysteem (maandag tot vrijdag).

Krijg je energie van het oplossen van technische uitdagingen en werk je graag in een gestructureerde en veilige omgeving? Dan pas jij perfect binnen ons team!

Jouw taken:

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren
  • Werken volgens het onderhoudsplan
  • Machines tijdig controleren om defecten te voorkomen
  • Curatief en verbeteronderhoud
  • Storingen detecteren, analyseren en oplossen
  • Vervangen en afregelen van onderdelen (sensoren, motoren, fotocellen, reflectoren, …)
  • Technische documentatie interpreteren en toepassen alsook toepassen van escalatieprocedure
  • Testen en garanderen van de optimale werking van machines
  • Optimalisatie van machineprestaties
  • Terugkerende storingen analyseren
  • Verbeteracties voorstellen om beschikbaarheid en prestaties te verhogen
  • Subassemblages herstellen
  • Gebruik van CMMS-systeem
  • Interventies registreren en opvolgen
  • Storingsanalyses en rapporteringen opstellen
  • Voorraadbewegingen opvolgen en tekorten signaleren
  • Veiligheid waarborgen
  • Werkplek ordelijk en veilig houden
  • Voorstellen doen ter verbetering van de veiligheid
  • Ondersteuning & opleiding
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operationele- en onderhoudsteams
  • Kwaliteit en milieu
  • Werken volgens de kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures van Viaposte Maintenance en de klanten (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
