Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker elektromechanica in Ninove voor een direct vast contract bij een innovatieve speler in de kunststofsector.

Sla de interim-fase over en kies direct voor de zekerheid van een vaste carriere. Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijke vaste aanstelling bij een hoogtechnologisch bedrijf in Ninove, gespecialiseerd in extrusie- en injectietechnieken voor verpakkingen. Als onderhoudstechnieker elektromechanica ben jij de spilfiguur achter een modern machinepark waar kwaliteit en innovatie centraal staan. Wij bieden je een stabiele omgeving in een aangenaam dagregime. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over de continuïteit van de productie en geniet van een uitstekende werk-privebalans, terwijl je technisch dagelijks wordt uitgedaagd om het onderste uit de kan te halen.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een brede technische basiskennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld bij het opsporen van storingen en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig met een scherp oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands om vlot te kunnen communiceren met je collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een gezonde dosis "goesting" om je vast te bijten in complexe installaties voor spuitgieten en thermovormen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en geplande inspecties om technische defecten aan het machinepark proactief te voorkomen.
  • Analyseren en gericht oplossen van acute storingen (curatief onderhoud) op zowel elektrisch als mechanisch vlak.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en verbeteringen aan de productielijnen om de efficientie en veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Nauwkeurig rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het systeem voor een correcte technische historiek van de installaties.
  • Waarborgen van de operationele flow in nauwe samenwerking met de productie-operatoren binnen een hoogtechnologische omgeving in Ninove.
