The posting

Voor een toonaangevende industriële productieomgeving in Beerse, gespecialiseerd in de productie van gevelstenen, zijn we op zoek naar een storingstechnieker om het onderhoudsteam te versterken.

Als storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de technische installaties en productiemachines optimaal blijven functioneren. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met het snel en efficiënt oplossen van technische storingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen, interventies en preventief onderhoud aan technische installaties, met een sterke focus op elektriciteit.
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen om stilstanden in de productie zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Machines afstellen, inregelen en opvolgen zodat ze veilig en kwalitatief kunnen produceren.
  • De productie ondersteunen en regelmatig terugkoppelen naar teamleaders en operatoren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Technische parameters en werkzaamheden correct registreren in de daarvoor voorziene systemen.
  • Opvolgen van materiaalgebruik en onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en het veiligheidsbeleid mee uitdragen.
  • Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel, waarbij je afwisselend in de vroege en late ploeg werkt.

We zijn op zoek naar een technisch sterke kandidaat die graag storingen analyseert, problemen oplost en tegelijk meedenkt over hoe deze in de toekomst voorkomen kunnen worden.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring als technieker, onderhoudstechnieker of storingstechnieker.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Een sterke technische interesse en een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Een goede zin voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken (vroeg/laat).
  • Bereidheid om enkele keren per maand een wachtdienst op te nemen.
