Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een technisch sterke onderhoudstechnieker met kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica? Werk je graag in een moderne productieomgeving waar innovatie, duurzaamheid en teamspirit centraal staan?

Voor onze klant in regio Ieper, een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige kunststof paletten, zoeken wij een Onderhoudstechnieker 2-ploegen.

Als onderhoudstechnieker speel je een sleutelrol in het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in bij technische storingen.

Je werkt aan een gevarieerd en technisch uitdagend machinepark, waaronder productiemachines, randapparatuur en transportsystemen.

Je takenpakket:

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en installaties;
  • Technische storingen analyseren en zorgen voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing;
  • Technische documentatie up-to-date houden en ondersteunt bij het beheer ervan;
  • Onderhoudsactiviteiten en interventies in het onderhoudssysteem registreren;
  • Technische projecten voorbereiden en helpen bij de uitvoering ervan;
  • Actief meewerken aan verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, ergonomie en efficiëntie;
  • Operatoren informeren en begeleiden bij technische aanpassingen;
  • Je ondersteunt en geeft opleiding aan operatoren waar nodig.
  • Technische opleiding;
  • Ervaring in industrieel onderhoud of technische troubleshooting;
  • Goede kennis van industriële elektriciteit en mechanica;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel;
  • Je spreek Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
