Functieomschrijving

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Onderhoudstechnieker in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Als onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van een sterk technisch team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische storingen snel worden opgelost en voert preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om productiestilstanden te voorkomen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen aan productiemachines, installaties en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens de vooropgestelde onderhoudsplanning.
  • Je detecteert technische problemen en werkt mee aan duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van machines en processen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operatoren, collega-techniekers en productieverantwoordelijken.
  • Je rapporteert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct en nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt deel aan een beurtrol voor wachtdiensten.
  • Je draagt als onderhoudstechnieker bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Wij zoeken een onderhoudstechnieker die reeds de nodige technische ervaring heeft opgebouwd binnen een industriële omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond door opleiding en/of ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en PLC-sturingen is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat gestructureerd te werk bij storingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
