Als Onderhoudstechnieker in Wetteren (of Sint-Gillis-Waas) versterk je de technische dienst van een vooraanstaand internationaal familiebedrijf in de voedingssector. Je start via een uitzendperiode en werkt gericht toe naar een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je uurloon ligt rond € 18,00 bruto per uur en wordt verder afgestemd op de ervaring en vakkennis die je meebrengt. Bovenop dit basissalaris ontvang je een aantrekkelijke ploegenpremie voor je werk in het vaste 2-ploegensysteem, evenals diverse aanvullende extralegale voordelen.

In deze gevarieerde en verantwoordelijke functie vorm jij de technische spil van het bedrijf om de gehele productieomgeving ononderbroken te laten draaien. Je spoort storingen op elektrisch en mechanisch vlak snel op en lost ze vakkundig op. Naast het uitvoeren van gepland routineonderhoud grijp je meteen in bij dringende herstellingen aan het machinepark. Verder bereid je uitbreidings- en aanpassingswerken voor, leg en trek je bekabeling en bied je ondersteuning bij het plaatsen en opstarten van nieuwe machines. Ook het onderhoud van de algemene nutsvoorzieningen, waaronder stopcontacten en verlichting in het gebouw, behoort tot jouw taken. Je werkt in een vast 2-ploegensysteem waarin een vroege en een late shift elkaar afwisselen, wat garant staat voor stabiele werkuren en een heldere planning. Op de werkvloer kom je terecht in een moderne, hoogtechnologische omgeving met een collegiale werksfeer en een hoge werkzekerheid. Je krijgt er alle ruimte om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en je eigen technische vaardigheden verder te ontplooien.
