Mechanische én elektrische techniek combineren in een proper machinepark? Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je samen met je collega's dat de productie blijft draaien. Je lost storingen op, voert preventief onderhoud uit en werkt mee aan nieuwe installaties en technische verbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met een uitgebreid machinepark. Operatoren rekenen op jou wanneer er technisch iets fout loopt.

• Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties

• Je spoort storingen, defecten en technische problemen op

• Je zoekt naar de oorzaak en voert de nodige herstellingen uit

• Je bent het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor operatoren

• Je helpt technische kwaliteitsproblemen en productieproblemen oplossen

• Je installeert mee nieuwe machines

• Je voert aanpassingen en verbeteringen uit aan bestaande installaties

• Je denkt mee over technische optimalisaties binnen het productieproces

• Je werkt samen met de hoofdtechnieker en Technical Manager

Je werkt in twee ploegen. De vroege ploeg loopt van 5u tot 13u10. De late ploeg van 13u tot 21u10.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding op secundair niveau of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring

• Ervaring als technieker in een productieomgeving is een plus

• Je hebt mechanische en elektrische kennis, of bent bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen

• Je analyseert storingen rustig en zoekt gericht naar een oplossing

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en overlegt vlot met collega's

• Je hebt interesse in techniek en nieuwe ontwikkelingen

• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken
