Onze klant is een internationaal toonaangevend bedrijf dat organische reststromen en bijproducten duurzaam verwerkt tot waardevolle producten voor humane gezondheid, dierenvoeding, bio-energie en voedingstoepassingen. Vanuit hun vestiging regio Sint-Niklaas worden reststromen uit grootwarenhuizen, voedingsindustrie en biodiesel bijproducten via een hoogtechnologisch proces omgezet in hernieuwbare energie en waardevolle nutriënten.

Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse onderhoud en de optimale werking van technische installaties en apparatuur op de productiesite. Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit en lost storingen op op het gebied van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek en, indien van toepassing, hydraulica.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks preventief onderhoud van de procesinstallaties
  • Herstellen van storingen en defecten aan machines
  • Vervangen en monteren van onderdelen volgens voorschriften
  • Reviseren van pompen, mixers en andere kritische componenten
  • Signaleren van mogelijke verbeteringen en bijdragen aan een efficiënt en veilig productieproces
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig
  • Je kan terugkijken op een technische opleiding elektromechanica of aantoonbare ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatiek; hydraulica is een plus
  • Flexibel en bereid om om de 14 dagen op zaterdag 12u-shifts te werken (met een vrije vrijdag)
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
