Ben jij een gedreven technieker die storingen feilloos oplost en machines soepel laat draaien?

Als onderhoudstechnieker kom je terecht in een hoogtechnologische en dynamische productieomgeving in Izegem. Samen met een hecht, professioneel team van technici zorg je ervoor dat het moderne machinepark optimaal blijft presteren. Je werkt in een stabiel 2-ploegenstelsel waarin collegialiteit, veiligheid en continue innovatie centraal staan. In deze rol als onderhoudstechnieker krijg je veel zelfstandigheid om complexe technische uitdagingen proactief aan te pakken.

Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een TSO-diploma in een technische richting (zoals Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of Automatisering) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, servicetechnieker, storingstechnieker of mechanieker.

Vaardigheden: Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, vlot in de communicatie met operators en een scherp oog voor detail en veiligheid.

Specifieke vereisten: Goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica. Basis/kennis van PLC-systemen is een sterke troef. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent flexibel ingesteld om in 2 ploegen te werken.

Het preventief en curatief onderhouden van het geavanceerde productiemachinepark om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.

Het snel en efficiënt analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrische storingen in de productielijnen.

Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en technische verbeteringsprojecten aan de installaties om de efficiëntie te verhogen.

Nauw samenwerken met de productieafdeling om een veilige en vlekkeloze opstart en werking van de machines te garanderen.
