Als onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van een innovatieve productieomgeving binnen een Belgisch voedingsbedrijf waar traditie en technologie elkaar versterken. Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler met een stevige aanwezigheid: zo’n 4.500 collega’s wereldwijd, verspreid over 30 productievestigingen. In België opereren ze vanuit drie sites, de vestiging in Roeselare is jouw uitvalsbasis.

Daar draait alles rond één ding: kwaliteit leveren, dag in dag uit. Achter die constante topkwaliteit zit een krachtig technisch team en jij wordt daar een essentiële schakel in. Verwacht een werkomgeving waar techniek centraal staat, waar je zintuigen worden geprikkeld door productie in beweging, en waar jouw kennis écht het verschil maakt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als onderhoudstechnieker draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het geautomatiseerd machinepark
  • Je voert de nodige interventies uit bij defect op de productiesite, hierbij zal je technische storingen analyseren en een efficiënte oplossing bieden op elektrisch en/of mechanisch vlak
  • Daarnaast word je nauw betrokken in optimalisatie van de projecten of nieuwe investeringen
  • In deze functie doorloop je een breed spectrum aan onderhoudsactiviteiten, gaande van PLC-sturing en automatisatie tot nutsvoorzieningen en elektrisch-mechanische interventies
  • Binnen je functie sta je in nauw contact met je collega’s en productieverantwoordelijke en rapporteer je aan de Supervisor technische dienst
  • Solide technische achtergrond met ervaring in industriële technieken, bij voorkeur een opleiding bachelor of hoger secundair in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica
  • Teamplayer met flexibele ingesteldheid, je staat ervoor open om te werken binnen een 2-ploegensysteem
  • Uitgesproken veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn, vertrouwd met 5S-principes en nauwgezet toezicht op hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen in een voedingsomgeving
  • Uitstekende digitale vaardigheden met goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP
