Wil jij als onderhoudstechnieker aan de slag binnen een financieel gezond productiebedrijf waar technologie, kwaliteit en werkzekerheid centraal staan?

Onze klant is een gevestigde Belgische producent van hoogwaardige kunststof verpakkingsfolies voor de voedingsindustrie. Al meer dan 50 jaar ontwikkelt en produceert het bedrijf duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen die hun weg vinden naar klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Met een team van een 100-tal medewerkers combineert deze organisatie de slagkracht van een internationale speler met de korte communicatielijnen van een familiale onderneming.

Door voortdurende investeringen in automatisering, moderne productielijnen en duurzame productietechnieken blijft het bedrijf verder groeien. Als onderhoudstechnieker kom je terecht in een technisch uitdagende omgeving waar je dagelijks werkt met geavanceerde installaties, terwijl veiligheid, kwaliteit en respect voor medewerkers steeds voorop staan.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan investeringsprojecten en technische verbeteringen. Jouw expertise als onderhoudstechnieker heeft rechtstreeks impact op het productieproces en de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in? Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien en productieonderbrekingen tot een minimum beperkt worden.

  • Binnen jouw functie voer je preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan productiemachines en technische installaties
  • Daarnaast analyseer en verhelp je elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen op een efficiënte manier
  • Verder werk je mee aan de installatie, opstart en optimalisatie van nieuwe productielijnen
  • Samen met jouw collega's ondersteun je investeringsprojecten en denk je mee over technische verbeteringen
  • Tot slot draag je actief bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en betrouwbare productieomgeving
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor-, A2- of TSO-diploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een gelijkaardige technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je een eerste ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving of beschik je over een sterke technische interesse
  • Verder kan je elektrische schema's lezen en heb je kennis van Siemens S7 PLC's, frequentiesturingen en industriële elektrische installaties
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands vlot omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en ben je bereid te werken binnen een volcontinu 5-ploegenstelsel
