Ben jij een elektrisch sterke technieker die graag weet hoe machines écht werken? Krijg je energie van storingen analyseren, snel schakelen en ervoor zorgen dat een hoogtechnologisch machinepark blijft draaien? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende stap!

Je komt terecht bij een stabiele productieonderneming in regio Zele met ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige kunststofverwerking voor de voedingssector en werkt in een moderne, propere en hygiënische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan.

De productie draait op geavanceerde installaties waarmee complexe meerlagige structuren worden geproduceerd. Dat zorgt voor een technisch interessante omgeving waarin je voortdurend wordt uitgedaagd en waar jouw elektrische expertise écht van pas komt.

De organisatie heeft een platte en directe structuur. Je hoeft hier niet door vijf lagen management voor je een antwoord krijgt. Communicatie verloopt rechtstreeks en jouw technische input wordt gewaardeerd. Binnen de technische dienst maak je deel uit van een klein en hecht team van techniekers, waarbij iedereen zijn eigen specialisaties heeft. Net die mix van expertise zorgt voor een sterke kennisdeling. Je krijgt bovendien veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid en wordt aangemoedigd om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.

Als Storingstechnieker ben jij één van de mensen die ervoor zorgt dat de productie blijft draaien. Wanneer een installatie stilvalt, ga jij op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een gerichte oplossing.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien door storingen snel en efficiënt op te lossen
  • Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit op elektrische en mechanische installaties
  • Storingen analyseren en gericht oplossen vormt een belangrijk deel van jouw dag
  • Samen met collega’s werk je actief mee aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen tijdens shiften en staat sterk in je schoenen bij technische uitdagingen
  • Ook het opvolgen van technische documentatie en installaties behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma Elektromechanica of Elektriciteit en hebt een sterke elektrische kennis
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen onderhoud of productie en krijgt energie van technische troubleshooting
  • Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht en staat stevig in je schoenen wanneer een technische uitdaging zich aandient
  • Vlotte Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om te groeien naar een volcontinu 5-ploegenstelsel
