Wil jij als onderhoudstechnieker de vrijheid krijgen om technische problemen zelfstandig vast te pakken én definitief op te lossen?

Voor een productiebedrijf in regio Lier zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. De onderneming is actief in de voeder- en voedingssector en behoort tot een internationale groep.

Op deze vestiging werken ongeveer 30 tot 35 medewerkers. Het technische team onderhoudt recente elektromechanische installaties en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende uitdagingen. Denk aan fijn elektrotechnisch werk, mechanische herstellingen en grotere onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Zelfstandigheid en initiatief staan centraal. Tegelijk werk je binnen een klein, hecht team waarin collega’s op elkaar kunnen rekenen. Dankzij een volledige interne opleiding leer je de installaties en productieprocessen grondig kennen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw functie voer je preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan elektromechanische installaties
  • Daarnaast neem je zowel elektrische interventies als grotere mechanische onderhoudswerken voor jouw rekening
  • Vanuit jouw technische inzicht signaleer en analyseer je storingen, waarna je zelfstandig een passende oplossing uitwerkt
  • Verder draai je mee in een goed vergoede wachtdienst en grijp je in wanneer een dringende technische interventie nodig is
  • Tot slot draag je samen met jouw collega’s bij aan een veilige en vlot draaiende productieomgeving
  • Als opleiding heb je een technisch diploma in elektromechanica of een aanverwante richting behaald, of beschik je over gelijkwaardige kennis door werkervaring
  • Qua ervaring komen zowel gemotiveerde starters als ervaren techniekers in aanmerking, waarbij relevante praktijkervaring een pluspunt vormt
  • Op technisch vlak heb je affiniteit met elektromechanische installaties en werk je graag aan zowel elektrische als mechanische toepassingen; bovendien denk je analytisch en neem je zelfstandig initiatief
  • Voor een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden spreek en begrijp je goed Nederlands, aangezien de interne documentatie en veiligheidsrichtlijnen Nederlandstalig zijn
