Voor een hoogtechnologisch bedrijf in Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een gedreven onderhoudstechnieker die stabiliteit en technische uitdaging wil combineren.

Als onderhoudstechnieker in Sint-Niklaas minimaliseer je stilstanden en maximaliseer je de efficientie van een modern, geautomatiseerd machinepark. Je blinkt uit in een rol met veel autonomie waarin je technische puzzels oplost. Samen met een professioneel team van 7 techniekers loods je de productie vlot door de vroege ploeg (5u-13u), late ploeg (13u-21u) en de nachtploeg (21u-5u). Randstad Permanent Placement zorgt ervoor dat jij als onderhoudstechnieker meteen met een vast contract start op deze vlot bereikbare site in Sint-Niklaas.

VG 458/BUOSAP

  • Je hebt minimaal een middelbaar technisch diploma in de richting elektriciteit en/of mechanica.
  • Dit diploma kan je koppelen aan enkele jaren ervaring als onderhouds-en storingstechnieker.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van PLC-systemen zoals Siemens, Omron of Beckhoff.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatica.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen.
  • Je praat en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands OF Engels.
  • Je kan werken in 3-ploegen.
  • Je voert gepland preventief onderhoud uit om pannes te voorkomen en de machines zo efficient mogelijk te laten werken.
  • Je spoort technische storingen snel op en herstelt ze vlot met behulp van schema's en handleidingen.
  • Je bouwt machines om bij productwissels en stelt ze nauwkeurig af om de beste kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je controleert en onderhoudt de installaties voor perslucht, verwarming, verlichting en de veiligheidssystemen op de site.
  • Je houdt de uitgevoerde onderhoudswerken netjes bij in het logboek en werkt vlot samen met externe techniekers.
