Heb je inzicht in motoren, elektriciteit, transportbanden en dergelijke? Lijkt een functie als industriële servicetechnieker iets voor jou? Dan is deze vacature zeker interessant. Onze klant, een internationale speler in supply chain, transport en industrieel onderhoud, is op zoek naar een servicetechnieker.

Jouw takenpakket

Preventief onderhoud

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens het onderhoudsplan.
  • Onderhoudsniveau 2 t.e.m. 4 uitvoeren volgens de AFNOR-normering.

Curatief onderhoud

  • Detecteren en analyseren van pannes.
  • Uitvoeren van complexe herstellingen op basis van technische documentatie.
  • Afregelen van onderdelen (zoals fotocellen, ontvangers, reflectoren...).
  • Vervangen van defecte componenten (motoren, sensoren, reflectoren...).
  • Toepassen van de geldende escalatieprocedures.

Prestatieverbetering van machines

  • Pannes snel identificeren via handleidingen, analyses (why-why), enz.
  • Terugkerende storingen signaleren en terugkoppeling geven.
  • Voorstellen formuleren om prestaties en beschikbaarheid van installaties te verhogen.
  • Herstellen van subassemblages van onderdelen.

Rapportering & CMMS

  • Interventies registreren in het CMMS-systeem.
  • Periodieke technische rapportering opvolgen.
  • Stockbewegingen registreren, stockniveaus opvolgen en tekorten melden.

Veiligheid

  • Werkplek netjes houden (orde en netheid).
  • Correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM).
  • Naleven van veiligheidsprocedures (werkvergunningen, kwalificaties, enz.).
  • Veiligheid van medewerkers en installaties garanderen.
  • Onveilige situaties rapporteren aan de leidinggevende.
  • Verbetervoorstellen inzake veiligheid aanbrengen.

Ondersteuning & opleiding

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operationele en onderhoudsteams.

Kwaliteit & milieu

  • Werken volgens de kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures .
  • Naleving van ISO 9001 en ISO 14001 richtlijnen.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch secundair diploma (A2), bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel: Vroege ploeg: 06:00 – 14:00 Late ploeg: 14:00 – 22:00 Nachtploeg: 22:00 – 06:00
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om sporadisch in het weekend te werken
